(Risk Benefit Analysis) Having Chocolate Milk At Bedtime

Having chocolate milk at bedtime (Risk Benefit Analysis) Is what we are looking at today.

The chocolate has no vitamins or iron or calcium.

The milk has vitamin A 6% vitamin C 4% iron 0% calcium 30% vitamin D 25%!

And chocolate has 1 G of protein and milk has 8 PPPPPPPPlus milk is gluten free!

AAAAAAAnd It’s tasty! YYYYYYYum.

Plus The milk’s  ingredients are… (Drumroll) Milk and vitamin d3 with the red cap one.

And the ingredients for the chocolate are… (Sad Drumroll) Sighs high fructose corn syrup,

corn syrup, water, cocoa, sugar, contains 2% or less of: Potassium sorbate (preservative): salt: mono- and diglycerides, xanthan, gum!, polysorbate, 60; vanillin and artificial flavor. Plus, 5 milligrams of caffeine.

So… Not so healthy on the chocolate side but the water is amazingly good for you!

Judging by how much milk can make you sleepy and chocolate can perk you up I say it’s…
